Phineas Sewell is a member of Deadlock Gang and the younger brother of Marius Sewell. He is employed as a trafficker and drug dealer.

Early life[]
Phineas and Marius were raised by their uncle, Silas Sewell. Since childhood, they were taught by Silas how to be a "successful" criminal. Phineas eventually joined the Deadlock Gang where he was hired as a drug dealer. After Marius was imprisoned due to Jesse McCree's betrayal, Phineas was given his brother's position as a weapons trafficker.
